8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

at the Bayer Center for Nonprofit Management
Heinz 57 Center

Our 5th BoardsWork! cohort for small businesses and individuals will train participants to be BoardsWork! trained board members.

BoardsWork! training includes:

  • Boardsmanship: An overview of the nonprofit sector and board roles and responsibilities.
  • Financial Oversight: An exploration of nonprofit finance.
  • Fundraising: Advice for board members on how to be most effective in building their organization’s revenues.
  • Planning: The board’s role in providing strategy and vision to nonprofit organizations.

Many BoardsWork! trained board members have remarked that they wished they had received BoardsWork! training earlier!

A great value for a full day’s training at only $300!
