Devote some time to your organization’s stories at your summer retreat!
If you’re holding a retreat this summer with your board or staff, why not include some time working together to flesh out your organization’s collection of stories?
Stories communicate quickly and memorably who your organization is and what you accomplish. It’s as creative and fun to work on stories as it is important that staff and volunteers have good ones ready to tell.
We can help you get the stories out of key people’s heads and into a form that equips more people to deploy them when representing your organization. The Bayer Center can help you as we’ve helped other organizations for anywhere from an hour to all day for a group of any size.
