Financial readiness programs focus on the financial needs of women, providing skills and knowledge leading to informed decision-making through an understanding of finances and financial fitness. From learning to balance a checkbook to living on a new family budget, the Center for Women’s financial education classes are aimed at helping women through all phases on her road to economic independence.
Professional women provide programs, sessions and workshops in their areas of professional expertise to assist clients at the Center for Women. Subject areas include financial fitness and guidance, networking and the changing workforce and more. Women Helping Women also provides mentoring and internship opportunities, lending an opportunity to connect and learn directly from women in key positions in Pittsburgh’s workforce.
Registration is required for all programs. Please register at least 48 hours in advance of program date; last-minute registrations will be accepted based on availability.
