Ray Frankoski joined the Executive Service Corps in 2001. At that time he was recently retired from Westinghouse as a senior HR professional. He has worked tirelessly to stay current with HR trends and issues to be able to offer extremely high quality services to the nonprofits in our region.
Ray has completed over 50 consulting engagements, over 40 clinics, and dozens of trainings as an ESC volunteer at the Bayer Center—including four projects he is working on right now. He has assisted the Carnegie Libraries, Rodef Shalom and the A Philip Randolph Institute, the Community at Holy Family Manor. His clients – to a person – love him and benefit greatly from his expertise and wisdom.
Here are some of their testimonials:
“The consulting from Ray was high level in expertise but approachable in delivery. And extremely valuable for the many small libraries who do not have paid HR expertise.” ~ Marilyn Jenkins, Allegheny County Library Association
“Ray was instrumental in getting buy-in to the process with our executive leadership team. Ray was 100% on with this project. He consistently gave excellent feedback & suggestions that really helped us. Ray helped us to think out the implementation process step by step. He is very knowledgeable and we thoroughly enjoyed working with him. Choosing ESC was definitely the right decision – the results were very much worth the cost in money and time.” ~ Kim Radler, Holy Family Institute
We salute you Ray!
